- Beef tenderloin - 200 grams
- Salt - 20 grams

- Fenugreek seeds - 5 grams
- Coriander - 5 grams
- Paprika - 5 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Trim the beef tenderloin of any excess fat and sinew, then cut it into thin slices.
- In a bowl, mix the salt, cracked black pepper, crushed garlic, fenugreek seeds, coriander, and paprika to create a spice blend.
- Rub the spice blend generously over the beef slices, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned beef in a shallow dish and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to cure.
- After curing, remove the beef from the refrigerator and rinse off the spice mixture under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Slice the beef thinly for serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve on a platter with bread, olives, and cheese.
