- Mixed greens (arugula, lettuce) - 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- Rinse the bonito fish under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Place the bonito fish in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated bonito fish to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the salad by tossing mixed greens and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a minute.
- Serve the bonito fish on a plate, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside the salad.
