- Bonito fish (palamut) - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Cut the bonito fish into steaks, approximately 2.5 cm thick.
- Place the fish steaks in the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve the grilled bonito with lemon wedges on the side.
