Steps

- Stir in the sliced leeks and diced carrots, cooking for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the diced potato and chopped tomatoes, stirring well to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika, mixing everything together.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- If using, stir in the fresh dill just before serving.
