Steps

  1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Dice the cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and parsley.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
