Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce - 150 grams

  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Fresh parsley - 15 grams, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Olive oil - 15 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
