- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large (optional for topping)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and any released moisture has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley, mixing well. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface to form an oval shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the edges with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the mushroom filling.
- If using, crack the egg in the center of the filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
