  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large (optional for topping)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and any released moisture has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley, mixing well. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface to form an oval shape, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the edges with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  7. Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the mushroom filling.
  9. If using, crack the egg in the center of the filling.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
