- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Yogurt - 100 grams (for sauce)
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Cucumber - 1/2, finely diced
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt, chopped dill, and finely diced cucumber in a bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve the grilled chicken skewers hot with the yogurt sauce on the side.
