Ingredients
- Sea bass fillets - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the sea bass fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the vegetables by tossing the cherry tomatoes and sliced bell pepper with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the sea bass from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- During the last few minutes of grilling the fish, add the vegetables to the grill and cook until they are slightly charred and tender.
- Serve the grilled sea bass alongside the charred vegetables, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
