Ingredients

  • Sea bass fillets - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the sea bass fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. While the grill is heating, prepare the vegetables by tossing the cherry tomatoes and sliced bell pepper with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove the sea bass from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. During the last few minutes of grilling the fish, add the vegetables to the grill and cook until they are slightly charred and tender.
  7. Serve the grilled sea bass alongside the charred vegetables, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
