Ingredients

  • Sea bass fillets - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the sea bass fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. While the grill is heating, thread the cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
  5. Once the grill is ready, place the marinated sea bass fillets on the grill along with the tomato skewers.
  6. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until it flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.
  7. Grill the tomato skewers for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until they are slightly charred.
  8. Remove the fish and tomatoes from the grill. Serve the grilled sea bass with lemon wedges and the charred cherry tomatoes.
