- Sea bass fillets - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the sea bass fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, thread the cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
- Once the grill is ready, place the marinated sea bass fillets on the grill along with the tomato skewers.
- Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until it flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.
- Grill the tomato skewers for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until they are slightly charred.
- Remove the fish and tomatoes from the grill. Serve the grilled sea bass with lemon wedges and the charred cherry tomatoes.
