- Chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
- Red onion - 1 medium, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken breast, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
