  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cleaned and sliced squid to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the squid from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off.
  5. Grill the squid for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they become opaque and have nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
