Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned and sliced squid to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the squid from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off.
