- Unsalted butter - 30 grams

- Water - 200 ml
- Milk - 100 ml
- Aged sheep's cheese (or similar) - 100 grams, crumbled
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Once melted, add the cornmeal and stir continuously for about 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Gradually add the water while stirring to avoid lumps, followed by the milk. Continue to stir until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the crumbled cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes according to your taste.
