- Sea bass - 400 grams (whole, cleaned)

- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the sea bass under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the sea bass, including inside the cavity.
- Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices.
- Place the sea bass on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs if desired.
