  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt with the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer and add a splash of vinegar if desired.
  3. Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide them into the simmering water, poaching for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
