  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, stirring to coat well. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, add the fish pieces and lightly coat them with some of the leftover marinade. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated lamb and fish alternately onto the skewers.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through and the fish is opaque and flaky.
  7. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
