- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Water - 500 milliliters
- Rice - 200 grams (uncooked)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomato and chopped red bell pepper, stirring for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Cut the lamb into chunks and add it to the pot, browning on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper over the lamb, mixing well to coat.
- Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1.5 hours until the lamb is tender.
- While the lamb is cooking, rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it according to the package instructions.
- Once the lamb is tender, serve it over the rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
