Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  5. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and have a nice char.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
