- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into squares
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, alternating with red onion wedges and bell pepper squares.
