- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 2 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
