  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 2 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
