  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
