- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your liking and has nice grill marks.
