- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).

- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
