Ingredients
- Ground lamb - 250 grams
- Cauliflower - 300 grams (riced)
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Bone broth - 500 ml
- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, riced cauliflower, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a dumpling (about 2.5 cm in diameter). Repeat until all the mixture is shaped into dumplings.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the dumplings in batches, browning them on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Once the dumplings are browned, add the bone broth and tomato paste to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes until the dumplings are tender and cooked through.
- Serve the Kuzu Kuzu Manti hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
