  • Lamb shoulder - 400 grams, cubed

  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed lamb shoulder to the marinade, mixing well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
