- Lamb shoulder - 400 grams, cubed

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed lamb shoulder to the marinade, mixing well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
