  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper - 1, cut into chunks
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed lamb to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb, red bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers alternately.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
