  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, egg, grated zucchini, salt, and pepper to form a dough-like mixture.
  3. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming two thin rounds.
