  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced

  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 2 sprigs, chopped
  • Water - 150 milliliters

Steps

  1. Cut the lamb shoulder into large chunks and place them in a mixing bowl.
