- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red bell pepper - 1, cut into chunks
- Red onion - 1, cut into chunks
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the lamb is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the red bell pepper and red onion into chunks.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb, red bell pepper, and red onion alternately onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
