  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red onion - 1 medium, cut into wedges
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, cut into chunks
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed lamb to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb, red onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
