- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the lamb strips with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
