- Red bell pepper - 1, finely chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, chopped red bell pepper, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined, then form the mixture into long sausage shapes around the skewers.
