Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 500 grams

  • Red bell pepper - 1, finely chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, chopped red bell pepper, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined, then form the mixture into long sausage shapes around the skewers.
