Ingredients

  • Lamb wings - 500 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb wings from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  5. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. Once cooked, remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
