- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
