- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano, dried - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Red onion, cut into wedges - 1 medium
- Bell pepper, cut into chunks - 1 medium
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
Steps
- Cut the lamb shoulder into 2-3 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes (if using), then thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, alternating with red onion wedges, bell pepper chunks, and cherry tomatoes.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
