  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, chopped red bell pepper, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley.
