- Cauliflower - 300 grams, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the cubed lamb shoulder, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the lamb is marinating, steam the chopped cauliflower until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain any excess water and transfer it to a blender. Add butter, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
