- Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Cucumber - 1, diced
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them with a fork several times. Rub them with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped red onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the lamb mixture into medium-sized meatballs, about 5 cm in diameter.
- Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Grill the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
