- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell peppers - 1 medium, cut into squares
- Red onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers, alternating between ingredients.
