Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder, diced - 300 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
  • Onion, diced - 1 medium
  • Skewers - 4

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced lamb shoulder, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, chopped parsley, and olive oil. Mix well to ensure the lamb is evenly coated with the spices.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the meat is marinating, soak the skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  4. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated lamb, red bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between the lamb and vegetables.
  6. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  7. Once done, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
