Ingredients
- Lamb shoulder, diced - 300 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
- Onion, diced - 1 medium
- Skewers - 4
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the diced lamb shoulder, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, chopped parsley, and olive oil. Mix well to ensure the lamb is evenly coated with the spices.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, soak the skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb, red bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between the lamb and vegetables.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Once done, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
