Steps
- Cut the lamb shoulder into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the lamb cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.

- Thread the marinated lamb cubes, bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
