- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Zucchini - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the skewers by alternating the marinated lamb with bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
