- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Thoroughly coat the lamb heads with the marinade, ensuring all parts are well covered. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Prepare your BBQ grill for medium-high heat. If using charcoal, let the coals ash over until they're glowing.
- Remove the lamb heads from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
