- Fresh mint - 15 grams, chopped
- Egg - 1 large
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)
- Lemon - 1, for serving
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, mint, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs (about 2.5 cm in diameter). You should get around 8-10 meatballs.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush it with olive oil.
- Place the meatballs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
