  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, mint, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs (about 2.5 cm in diameter). You should get around 8-10 meatballs.
