- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
