Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder - 400 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
