Ingredients

  • Lamb chops - 400 grams

  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary to create a marinade.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, making sure they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, letting any excess drip off, and place them on the grill.
  5. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved.
  6. Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
