Steps

- Stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the lamb or beef broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the lamb is tender and flavors melded, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
