  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Red onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed lamb shoulder to the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for best flavor.
