Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into long, thin kebabs around skewers.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil to prevent sticking.
