- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1, beaten (for egg wash)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Take one gluten-free pastry sheet and place about 2 tablespoons of the lamb mixture at one end. Roll the pastry tightly around the filling, folding in the sides to seal it. Repeat with the remaining sheets and filling.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush each börek with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when cooked.
- Place the börek on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
