  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1, beaten (for egg wash)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Take one gluten-free pastry sheet and place about 2 tablespoons of the lamb mixture at one end. Roll the pastry tightly around the filling, folding in the sides to seal it. Repeat with the remaining sheets and filling.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush each börek with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when cooked.
  4. Place the börek on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
